Three component Pancakes recipe

The two component pancake has been circling the Web for many years now. Well, before that recipe I produced my own two component pancake.

And today I added a third not so trick component to make a tasty three component pancake!

Three component Pancake Recipe

{serves one – whole grain – gluten complimentary with gluten complimentary oats}

Ingredients:

1 packet oatmeal – I utilize low sugar Maple brown Sugar (get gluten complimentary packets if you’re into that sorta thing)

1 egg

1 heaping TB Peanut Butter – softened in microwave for few seconds

Directions: blend components in blender for 10 seconds. Stir, blend again. location batter in heated greased skillet. Cook. Eat.

Tip: Don’t inspect the pancake or flip it as well early. let it cook on the very first side for a few minutes to set as well as very carefully flip.
